Refunds & Returns

Each print is produced and framed only after the order is confirmed, to the chosen size and finish. As custom-made goods, prints are exempt from the standard 14-day no-reason withdrawal right that applies to off-the-shelf goods under Czech and EU consumer law.

If a print arrives damaged in transit, or does not match the order (wrong size, finish, or a significant printing defect), email me as soon as possible after delivery at the address in the site footer, with a description and a photo of the issue.

Depending on the defect, I will offer a repair, a replacement print, or a refund, agreed with you individually.

Please check the package as soon as you receive it. Visible damage to the packaging is worth reporting to the courier as well, with photos.
